Information We Collect
We treat the following personal information about personnel participating in NSGO‑CTU trials:
- General personal information: name, work address, work phone number, date of birth, email address, country, work title, dates of participation and termination in a trial, CV, GCP certificates, training records, and other qualifications.
- Financial information (if applicable): disclosure forms and bank account number for reimbursements.
How We Collect Your Information
We will ask you to provide us this information when you decide to take part in NSGO‑CTU trials.
Legal Basis for Processing
- Our legitimate interest in securing qualifications and trial oversight.
- Necessity to fulfill an agreement with your employer.
- Your consent via signing the Delegation Log.
Purposes of Processing
- Conducting clinical trials under the Declaration of Helsinki and regulatory approval.
- Study-related communications.
- Handling payments and reimbursements.
- Compliance with legislation.
- Providing services such as Annual and Investigator meetings.
- Granting access to IT systems, databases, and eCRFs for each trial.

By joining an NSGO‑CTU trial—either through a contract or by signing the Delegation Log—you agree to this Privacy Policy. For other processing purposes, we may request separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Data Sharing
Your personal information may be shared with:
- Personnel at other trial sites, monitors, group staff in other countries, NSGO‑CTU office staff, NSGO members, CRO staff.
- Ethics Committees and Competent Authorities in Europe and outside the EEA (e.g., USA).
- Meeting organizers or venues if you accept a meeting invitation.
- Public trial registries and databases where your data may be published.
All recipients are bound by applicable data protection laws.
Data Retention & Deletion
While active trial data is retained, some information (e.g., attendance lists, emails, meeting minutes) may persist. In general, trial-related data is deleted no sooner than 20 years after study end.

- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: Delete data, where legal.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how data is used.
